We will schedule an online call with you, usually through zoom or google, to discuss all your desired design specifications of your dress, whether it is a dress from our collection that you want to modify or a completely new customized dress. Following this call, you will be sent a sales agreement that contains all the details. An initial 50% payment will be made here.
Our alterations team will be sending you a guide explaining all steps you need to take to get all the required body measurements.

It is time to settle the remaining balance and we’ll carefully ship your precious dream wedding dress to your doorstep via one of our international courier partners.
We recommend that once you receive your dress to immediately try it, take note of any adjustments needs (if any) and take it to your nearest qualified tailor or seamstress for performing your desired adjustments.
